Quilt Entry Registration

I hereby agree to hold harmless the Coburg Quilt Show & Tea, the Coburg Grange, quilt drop off/pick up site, and the City of Coburg, as well as, any commercial enterprise taking part in the 2009 Coburg Quilt Show for any damages or theft occurring to any quilt entered in the show. I understand the show is outdoors and that the quilt committee will take all reasonable precautions to care for my quilt or quilts. I also understand that the Quilt Show Committee has the right to make final decisions on where my quilt will be displayed and has final approval for suitability to event. I have read and understand the attached rules for entry and agree to them by submission of this form.

Please read all information on the Quilt Entry Information page before completing this form. I hereby agree to hold harmless the Coburg Quilt Show, Coburg Community Grange, and the City of Coburg, the drop off/pick up sites as well as any commercial enterprise taking part in the 2010 Coburg Quilt Show for any damages, loss or theft occurring to any quilt(s) entered in the show. I understand the show is outdoors and that the quilt committee will take all reasonable precautions to care for my quilt(s). The commiittee also has the right to show the quilts in the area they deem best and reserve the right to refuse any quilt that is not suitable to the event. I hereby give permission to Coburg Quilt Committee to photograph my quilt(s) for use in promotional and fundraising events at the discretion of the committee.
